The story
The Future Generations programme was launched in 2018 with 249 children and juniors, as the club’s pathway for discovering and preparing early talent: from a first introduction to the sport to a place in the club’s competitive teams.
It works alongside the club’s agreements with the Ministry of Education and the UAE sports talent committee: the club’s coaches meet students at their schools and open the way to the training halls.
249 children and juniors in the first intake, and a new intake every season.
