Summary
Over the 2025–2028 cycle the club works towards one aim: a generation of Fujairah athletes able to reach an Olympic achievement. The plan rests on six strategic pillars, each with a clear objective, and moves athletes along a five-stage Olympic pathway from discovery to the Games. Eight values guide every programme, and a structure of five departments delivers the work.

Vision
Leadership in preparing a generation of athletes able to achieve an Olympic feat
To prepare and develop combat sports talent in Fujairah to represent the United Arab Emirates regionally and globally, by providing an integrated sporting environment that enhances their physical and intellectual capabilities and instils loyalty and belonging — building champions able to compete at every level and achieve Olympic feats that raise the nation’s name high.
Mission
Designing and developing programmes and activities aimed at sporting talent in the Emirate of Fujairah, and developing it to represent the United Arab Emirates in championships all the way to the Olympic Games.
To represent the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Fujairah in international combat sports championships by identifying young talent and training it to international standards, while promoting fitness and health locally and supporting athletes with modern rehabilitation and professional programmes that develop their technical and physical levels — building a disciplined generation with true sportsmanship, a model of sporting excellence locally and globally.
