1. What we have done
- Every page can be used with the keyboard alone: the Tab key moves between links, buttons and form fields, and the element in focus is always visibly outlined.
- A "Skip to main content" link is the first item on every page.
- Text and interactive elements keep a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against their background, and no information is conveyed by colour alone.
- The body text is at least 16 pixels and the page can be zoomed to 200% without content overlapping or being cut off.
- Images that carry meaning have a text alternative; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Pages declare their language and reading direction, so screen readers switch between Arabic and English correctly.
- Animation is reduced or switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Touch targets are at least 44 × 44 pixels, and nothing depends on hovering with a mouse.
2. Using the assistive technology on your device
You do not need any extra tool from us. The site is coded with the accessibility roles and labels (ARIA) that screen readers, Braille displays and voice control already understand.
- iPhone, iPad and Mac: VoiceOver (Settings › Accessibility), Zoom and Larger Text.
- Windows: Narrator (Windows key + Ctrl + Enter), Magnifier, and third-party screen readers such as JAWS and NVDA.
- Android: TalkBack and the display-size and font-size settings.
- Any browser: zoom with Ctrl / Cmd and +, and use reader mode for long pages.
3. Known limitations
- The player registration form is provided by a third-party service and opens in a new tab; we are working with the provider on its accessibility. You can also register by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- The branch maps on the contact page are embedded from Google Maps; each one has a text address and a link that opens the location in your maps app.
- Some older news photographs have only a short description.

5. Standards and review
This website follows the UAE National Digital Accessibility Policy and the UAE Design System 3.0 (designsystem.gov.ae), which adopt WCAG 2.2 level AA. We review the site against these standards whenever content or features change, and at least once a year.
