Coach Islam Al-Qazzaz is a highly skilled international judo coach holding the prestigious 2nd-dan black belt from Kodokan, with formal training from the Egyptian Olympic Academy and the International Judo Federation. He has a proven record developing youth and national-team athletes, built through wide practical experience as head coach at Khorfakkan Sports Club, judo coach at the Sharjah Youth Centre and Sharjah Children's Centre, coach at the Sharjah Self-Defence Club, and assistant coach of the national team at the UAE Judo Federation.
