The Fujairah Martial Arts Club is organizing the “His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi Taekwondo Championship” in cooperation with the Emirates Taekwondo Federation, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, at the Murbah Sports Hall in Fujairah.
It is expected that the number of participants will reach 400 participants from all clubs and sports centers that practice taekwondo in the country.
Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, President of the Emirates Taekwondo Federation, said that the federation is the first to benefit from the decision of His Highness the President of the State to allow the children of female citizens and holders of passports whose registration summary is under the procedure, in addition to those born in the country to participate in the official sports competitions held in the state and not to require state citizenship for their participation in These competitions are to achieve the desired goals.
He expressed his aspiration for a greater exploration of talents by taking advantage of this decision, especially since a large number of players are subject to the decision.
