The competitions of the second edition of the Mohammed bin Hamad Ramadan tournament for self-defense games will start at nine in the evening at the Zayed Sports Complex in Fujairah, which is organized by the Fujairah Martial Arts Club in cooperation with sports federations. male and female players to compete in five games: taekwondo, boxing and judo in addition to wrestling and fencing, where taekwondo competitions include cubs and flowers (10 weights), while judo competitions include cubs (11 weights) for different age groups, while wrestling will be for the buds category and for 12 weights. In boxing, competitions have been approved for the promising and junior categories of 12 weights as well, and with regard to fencing, competitions have been approved for the two categories of buds for boys and girls.
Nader Abu Shawish, Director of the Fujairah Club for Martial Arts, confirmed the completion of all preparations for the launch of the tournament, which is the largest in terms of self-defense games, indicating that this year’s edition was devoted to the participation of players in the early ages from 11 to 16 years, in implementation of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, by giving young talented players the opportunity to compete.
