The Fujairah Martial Arts Club achieved a new high achievement to add to its record of expectations, by winning seven colored medals during its participation in the First Arab Taekwondo Club Championship, which was held in Egypt. They were distributed as follows: two gold and five silver medals, in addition to the first place cup in the championship team rankings for juniors.
The club’s management dedicated the international achievement to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah and Honorary President of the Taekwondo Federation, for the patronage, generous guidance and continuous support that led to achieving the achievement, which is one of the club’s most prominent achievements since its announcement in 2012 in Taekwondo.
In this context, club director Nader Abu Shawish confirmed that the club is keen to explore, care for and train citizens in the best international ways in accordance with the vision of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah, and that the achievement of Taekwondo translates into blessings for the players, their coaches and their families.
The junior category competitions were distinguished, as the player Ahmed Hamid Khamis won a gold medal - 152 cm, Abdullah Anas, a gold medal - 168 cm, Ammar Othman, a silver medal + 180 cm, a cup, first place in the overall team standings, results.
As for the youth category, the player Ahmed Khaled Al-Abdouli won a silver medal - 48 kg. Abdul Ghafour Tata won a silver medal - 73 kg. Amr Ali won a silver medal - 78 kg. Ali Saber won a bronze medal - 45 kg.
