Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Fujairah and Chairman of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, the sixth edition of the Fujairah International Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship will start tomorrow, Friday, at Zayed Sports Complex, amid a remarkable turnout of professional players from 54 countries aged 16 years and over Click to compete in the junior, senior and professor categories.

The tournament will witness the junior competitions of both sexes, which will be divided into white and blue belts, while the adult and masters competitions will be divided into five belts, white, blue, violet, brown and black, and includes 7 weights for each belt, and will be judged by a group of distinguished judges on the local and international arena. .

As one of the important stations in the career of jiu-jitsu professionals, the tournament welcomes a wonderful group of national players such as Wadima Al Yafei, who won the gold medal in the 49th category in the third round of the fifth edition of the Abu Dhabi Grand Slam Jiu-Jitsu Championship, which was held in Los Angeles, USA last month.

Also participating is the player Mohammed Saleh Al Hammadi from Al Dhafra Club, who holds a purple belt, weighing 69 kg. Al Hammadi recently won the bronze medal in the first round of the Vice President's Jiu-Jitsu Championship.
