Fujairah Martial Arts Club crowned the title of the National Open Judo Championship 2020, organized by the Wrestling and Judo Federation in the Khorfakkan Club Hall under the slogan “Instilling the Union”, with the participation of 70 players from 6 clubs representing the various emirates of the country, during which Khorfakkan succeeded in providing all the requirements for success for the championship that came In accordance with the precautionary measures and preventive measures to protect against the Corona pandemic, which contributed to the organizational and technical success under the direct supervision of Salem Mohammed Rashid Al-Naqbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Khorfakkan Club, and the follow-up of Mohammed Jassim, Assistant Secretary, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, and International Referee Ahmed Suleiman Al-Balushi, Chairman of the Referees Committee of the Federation and Shaaban Mr. Executive Secretary of the Federation.
The Fujairah Martial Arts Club team was crowned with 12 medals, 4 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze. The Kalba Federation, the "title holder", came in second place with 9 medals, including 2 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze medals, while Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club came in third place with a score of 12.
