Muhammad Al Sharqi witnesses the conclusion of the Taekwondo rulers camp

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, affirmed his pride in the impressive successes achieved by the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, which, in a short period of time, has become a sports beacon that attracts all games, especially individual ones.

This came during his attendance yesterday, the closing ceremony of the taekwondo referees qualification camp for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, which was hosted by the Fujairah Martial Arts Club under the supervision and organization of the International and UAE Taekwondo Federations from 22 to 26 April, with the participation of 100 referees representing 35 countries from different continents. The world comes at the forefront of the UAE, which will participate with five referees, Eid Fairouz, Zayed Al-Suwaidi, Rashid Mubarak, Abdullah Sorour and Ismail Al-Hammadi, 20 referees will be selected from among them for the Olympics in Brazil. The ceremony was also attended by Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Vice President of the Asian and Emirati Federations for Body Building, Major General (M) Nasser Abdul Razzaq Al Razuqi, President of the Emirates Taekwondo and Karate Federation, and Salem Al Zahmi, Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince. Ahed Fujairah, Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Vice President of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, Ahmed Al Abdouli, representative of the General Authority for Youth and Sports, Nader Abu Shaweesh, Technical Director of Fujairah Club, in addition to a number of sports leaders and officials in the Emirate of Fujairah, as well as participants in the arbitration camp and the teaching staff supervising the course .

His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah stressed the need to enhance the quality and efficiency of combat skills among all members of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club by providing training services according to international standards and spreading the basics of martial arts, in addition to showing the values of sports ethics, teamwork, perseverance, commitment, creativity, innovation, honesty and honesty.

At the end of the ceremony, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, distributed certificates to the taekwondo rulers participating in the qualifying camp, wishing them success in their Olympic journey in Brazil. For Taekwondo and Karate, in appreciation of His Highness' efforts and continuous support in the development of the game at the state level, and a similar gift from the Fujairah Martial Arts Club.

For his part, Major General Nasser Abdul Razzaq, President of the Emirates Taekwondo and Karate Federation, expressed his happiness with the progress the game has achieved thanks to the unlimited support of Their Highnesses Sheikhs, stressing his optimism for the comprehensive vision launched by His Highness, the Crown Prince of Fujairah, to elevate the Fujairah Martial Arts Club to the best in the world. Ahmed Hamdan Al Zeyoudi, Vice-President of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, expressed his thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah for his insightful vision, direct follow-up and lofty directives that seek to develop all martial arts in the club and convey the appreciation and gratitude of the participants in the Olympic Taekwondo Referees Course to His Highness for the positive atmosphere that accompanied the camp.
